Laura leads the operational delivery of Retail Week Connect’s commercial content portfolio, overseeing everything from new product launches to optimising existing inventory. Her role spans business process improvement, resource planning, driving efficiencies, P&L management and achieving quarterly revenue targets.
A seasoned moderator and speaker, Laura regularly chairs industry conferences, roundtable discussions and panel debates, with specialisms in technology, marketing, consumer behaviour and legal. She also project manages thought-leadership content for a range of clients including American Express, Shopify and Pinterest, through products such as reports, whitepapers and live events.
Laura joined Retail Week in 2013, following an earlier career in journalism within the wine and spirits industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for storytelling, audience engagement and editorial integrity.
