Bill Hoskins decides not to take a position at Booker
Big Food Group finance director Bill Hoskins is understood to have left the retailer by mutual agreement. According to reports, Hoskins was to stay on at BFG as finance director of the retailer's wholesale arm Booker, following its takeover by Baugur and the appointment of Malcolm Walker to head the group. However, The Times reports that he never signed his new contract and left last month.

The news comes days after BFG's frozen food's chain Iceland announced it was curtailing its home shopping operations in favour of home delivery orders from stores and to focus more on the core business.
