Chinese medicine's long march is continuing across the UK. Dr China has added to its 30-plus-strong chain by taking a 15-year FRI lease on a unit in Middle Street, Yeovil at £41,500 a year, which equates to a Zone A of £78 per sq ft (£840 per sq m).
