The NASDAQ-listed business caters to three million customers in the US and works by asking customers to fill in a style profile quiz, providing the business with their pricing, style, and fit preferences.
The customer is then matched with an expert stylist who curates a five item ‘fix’ by leveraging Stitch Fix’s proprietary styling algorithm. There is a £10 styling fee for each shipment, which can be redeemed against the items the customer chooses to purchase.
