Atlantic sales down 18.5%
Supermarket chain Atlantic posted an 18.5% sales decrease to €106m (£88m) in the first quarter of 2010, while net losses increased from €2.4m (£1.9m) to €2.9m (£2.4m) year-on-year. Revenue in its retail outlets dropped 13.5%, while revenue in Atlantic’s wholesale business decreased 25.8% year-on-year.
