Aldi raises frontline staff pay for a second time this year
The discounter said its new national minimum rate of £12.40 was the “highest level of entry pay ever paid by a British supermarket”.
Aldi became the first UK supermarket to pay all store and warehouse staff at least £12 an hour nationally back in February.
