The recipe box provider wants to increase its customer fulfilment capacity threefold by 2022 and will build “multiple” new warehouses to service increasing demand.
It comes after Gousto’s revenues hit £83m during the first six months of 2020, already exceeding its sales in the whole of 2019. It now expects to make its first-ever profit in 2020, compared to an operating loss of £12.5m last year.
