Majestic Wine has teamed up with The Range to open its first store in Plymouth at the value retailer’s head office.
The wine retailer has agreed to sublet a 4,400 sq ft shop on the ground floor of The Range’s head office in Derriford, taking on some of the value giant’s underused space.
The store is in a retail park outside the city, alongside other businesses including Aldi, Pure Gym and Pets Corner, with Marks & Spencer due to open a food hall next week.
The new store will feature Majestic’s full range of over 1,200 wines, including a 72-product fine wines range, non-alcoholic alternatives, beers and spirits.
Customers will also be able to shop the full range using click and collect, and Majestic said the new branch will support the retailer’s growing business-to-business division.
