On a mission to get home to his wife Katie and the kids in time for Christmas, Kevin treks across a snow-covered vista.

Enlisting the help of Harry the Hedgehog, Kevin makes headway on his journey before the pair tumble into a ravine and a fast-flowing river.

Luckily, Father Christmas, played by actor Jim Broadbent, is on hand to help and brings Kevin safely home to his family.

Aldi marketing director Sean McGinty said: “We’re all thrilled to see Kevin back on our screens again getting up to his usual tricks. Kevin’s popularity keeps on growing and this year, more so than any other, Kevin’s return to TV screens will come as a welcome relief for so many.”
