Beauty retailer Nars Cosmetics has bulked up its offer by opening a standalone European flagship store in London’s Covent Garden.
The business has previously only sold its products in the UK through in-store concessions, but has opened the 930 sq ft shop on King Street.
The store, which includes three permanent makeup stations for shoppers to test out products, was designed by Nars founder and creative director François Nars in partnership with New York design firm Baron & Baron.
The beauty retailer’s European flagship boasts impressive in-store technology including an interactive mirror, which allows shoppers to take photos and share them on social media.
The interior is designed with clean, sharp lines, with floor-to-ceiling images from Nars’ advertising campaign emblazoned on the walls.
