Investor backing to bolster presence
Private investment firm Sun Capital Partners has bought the HomeForm Group, which operates under brands Moben, Kitchens Direct, Sharps and Dolphin.
Sun European Partners, the European adviser to Sun Capital Partners, said: 'It's business as usual.' The HomeForm Group has more than 160 showrooms across the UK.
Sun Capital affiliates have invested in well-known names, including UK jeans company Lee Cooper and lingerie brands Playtex and Wonderbra.
