International News - CAFTA treaty welcomed

The Retail Industry Leaders Association welcomed the signing of the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) between the United States and five Central American countries - Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.
