Carrefour’s bid to acquire Guyenne et Gascogne approved
Carrefour’s bid to acquire Guyenne et Gascogne has been approved by France’s antitrust agency. In December 2011, Carrefour submitted a E494m (£394.6m) cash takeover bid for its franchisee.
