Start on the floor selling in the best store.

Coffee. And thinking of things we can do better at Laverstoke.

What’s the most satisfying part of your job?

Researching new projects, finding ways we can do it better than it has been done before and succeeding.

What’s your proudest achievement?

Wining awards for our different produce and opening the Twickenham shop.

What job would you have done if you hadn’t become a retailer?

I would have stayed a farmer.
