Hubbard will step down from the end of June, with a search for her successor to commence immediately. Chair Paul Moody will take the role of executive chair until a successor is appointed.

Hubbard’s departure comes as Card Factory seeks “new leadership committed to the longer term successful implementation of the next phase of the group’s return to growth”.
