The minimum hourly rate for store colleagues will rise from £10.35 to £10.50 across the UK and to £11.50 in London.

The electricals giant also said the average store colleague bonus is 89p per hour, with top earners making as much as an additional £3 per hour, meaning the average hourly pay with a bonus will rise to £11.39 per hour.
