Campbell will step into the position of global retail director, a new board-level role for the ethical beauty retailer.

In her new role, she will be tasked with driving the international rollout of The Body Shop’s Activist Workshop store format and introducing refill stations across the network. The Body Shop first reintroduced refill stations to its stores in 2019 at its Bond Street branch in London.
