Former Baugur boss goes to European Court to fight tax conviction

Jon Asegir Johannesson, the former chief executive of now defunct Icelandic bank Baugur, which controlled big name retailers, has filed a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights to try to overturn a tax evasion conviction.
