Lustman, who helmed the upmarket fashion brand Hobbs for more than four years, will take up the role at the kitchenware retailer from June 25. 

Prior to leading Hobbs, Lustman held senior positions at retailers including John Lewis, Warehouse and Aurora/Mosaic fashions.
