Miles was previously chief executive of Feelunique and led the digital beauty brand as it grew revenues to more than £100m prior to its sale to Sephora in September 2021.

She will start her new role on January 16, 2023, and take over from Kate Bartman, who will return to her previous role of chief trading officer.
