How do you strive to retain your staff?
We always hold exit interviews so that we can improve and change anything for our remaining staff and we hold regular appraisals every few months to gauge how staff are feeling.
How do you ensure your employees have a good work/life balance?
We are flexible in allowing people to work from home if their workload permits time away from the office.
