What makes your ideal employee?

We believe it is important to hire the person with the right attitude.

What sets apart working at O2 from your competitors?

We want our people to come with us on the O2 journey, love O2 and love our customers. We work hard to create an environment that appeals to people’s emotional and rational commitment.

How do you strive to retain your staff?

It’s our goal to make O2 a great place to work. That’s why we listen to our people and act on the issues that are most important to them.

How do you ensure your employees have a good work/life balance?

We run a health and wellbeing programme called Balance O2. The programme aims to help achieve this balance through the provision of a number of wellbeing initiatives, such as weight loss support programmes and smoking cessation initiatives all provided on site.
