We recognise talent, reward it and always give thanks. People are happier when they know that their efforts are being recognised and this shows in the work they do.

How do you ensure your employees have a good work/life balance?

It’s built into our DNA and our staff’s. We look for interesting, articulate, imaginative, music-loving, fashion-loving, up-for-it people who can sell. They usually have hectic social lives as well, and we make sure that our store operations take account of this, while delivering our operational needs.
