He’s been promoted to replace Derek Lovelock in the chief executive role at Aurora in the past year and had to fight hard to keep the group together following Baugur’s demise when many believed a break-up was inevitable. He has steadied the ship, although there remain challenges for some of the brands in a crowded fashion marketplace.
