Scottish Government urged to conduct impact assessment on supermarket levy

Scotland’s finance secretary John Swinney must be pushed towards a full impact assessment on proposals for a new levy on retailers selling alcohol and tobacco, the Scottish Retail Consortium (SRC) has urged.
