Consumer Price Index edges up 0.1% year on year, driven by clothing

The ONS said there had been smaller discounts in the clothing sector compared to the year before

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) has increased by 0.1% in the year to July 2015, thanks to a small drop in the price of clothing.
