JD Sports: Will Hibbett acquisition make its American dream come true?
As JD steps forward in “the world’s biggest and most attractive sportswear market”, the retailer announced it had entered a binding agreement to acquire US sportswear retailer Hibbett for a sum of $1.1bn.
