Fitness retailer Peloton has opened the doors to its newest location in London as it further extends its store footprint.
The store opens today (24 February) and is located next door to its fitness centre, Peloton Studios, on Floral Street, Covent Garden.
Peloton shot to success during the pandemic when sales of its video-enabled treadmills and home-fitness memberships soared. It primarily operates online, but this store will be its 17th location in the UK.
The new store features a range of Peloton’s latest apparel and hardware, including its Bike+ and Tread machines, alongside a new grab-and-go area where customers can purchase healthy juice and snacks.
An extension of Peloton Studios, the new retail space allows customers to shop from its loungewear collection and will stock some exclusive Peloton Studios London merchandise.
The brand says the new space will “act as a community hub”, which allows its members to “come together and engage” with educational panel discussions, instructor meet-and-greets and other events.
