Boux Avenue has picked Manchester for its first airport shop as it targets consumers making last-minute holiday purchases.

The lingerie retailer’s owner Theo Paphitis said an airport store “has been on the radar for some time now” and chose Manchester because it is the largest airport outside of London, with more than 21 million passengers a year.

The Manchester Airport store will stock Boux Avenue’s summer collection, which includes bikinis and kaftans alongside its lingerie and nightwear.
