Embattled retailer Mothercare’s revamped store in Edmonton offers customers a more interative, enjoyable experience by developing its multichannel and service credentials.

At 30,000 sq ft, it is retailer’s largest store in the UK. It features Mothercare’s first coffee house through a Costa Coffee format, while staff are equipped with ipads to bring the retailer’s online business in store.

Mothercare’s new store also has a 4D ultrasound scanning studio and a buggy park, featuring a range of terrains where parents can test-drive their buggies. A ‘mumspace’ zone is also located in store to encourage parents to bond with their toddlers through learning and playing together.
