Retailers call for business rates cut to help battle cost-of-living crunch

The retailers – the Co-opGreggsB&Q owner KingfisherMorrisonsSainsbury’sTesco and Waterstones – also said they would be “open” to an online sales tax if it funded a reduction in rates.
