What it does
Retain.me is a customer retention start-up focused on delivering improved customer service and increased traffic for multichannel retailers.

The start-up creates dispatch notes and pamphlets for retailers to deliver with online orders. The delivery note offers personalised information and offers to the customer based on the personal information they have provided and their order history, incentivising the customer to shop online with the retailer again.
Retain.me co-founder Andrew Curran says: “Retain.me’s convergent personalisation methodology means online retailers can extend their online experience into their customers’ homes by rethinking the dispatch note.
“Using emotionally engaging marketing materials, retailers can build lasting relationships with their customers.”
What problem it solves
Retain.me’s technology is designed to help retailers make more of customer data while providing a connection for online retailers between customer’s online orders and their physical delivery.
The start-up’s personalised brochures carry transactional and marketing content based on each customer’s purchase history and preferences, therefore engaging shoppers after they have purchased and encouraging them to visit the retailer’s website again.
“Retain.me offers recommended items and exclusive deals, and links back to a personalised landing page where the shopper can activate these offers,” says Curran.
“Each print-out is unique and each offer personalised to every transaction.”
