Waterstone's cuts returns

Waterstone's will cut the cost of returns by millions when it introduces the Industry Returns Initiative at the end of July. The retailer has also made three internal promotions - Jackie Robinson, Roger Childs and Andrew Milner-Walker - to its field operations divisions.
