Fashion retailer White Stuff has relaunched its website, making it easier to use and increasing customer engagement.
Its clean design now includes 360-degree photographs, an improved search capability and detailed size guides. The new site also has a strong focus on community and reviews. Its reviews and feedback sections have been overhauled, and customers can now ask questions and help answer queries from fellow shoppers.
Another new feature allows customers to upload pictures or videos of themselves to product pages. User-generated content helps to create a community feel and involves little effort on the part of the retailer.
Unfortunately, White Stuff hasn’t highlighted this to its users, and it’s only once they have registered and asked a question or posted a review that they are invited to add content.
The retailer is also taking steps to improve its Facebook presence and will launch a new page in the next few weeks.
