The closure of 200 Woolworths stores which was due to take place today has been delayed by a day.

Administrator Deloitte said the closures were being delayed until Saturday because the stores still have stock left to clear, and also for logistical reasons.

The final 200 Woolworths store closures have also been delayed by a day. They will now close next Tuesday, January 6.
