Sir Terry Leahy-backed tyre etailer’s eyes European deal as sales soar
Online tyre retailer Blackcircles.com, which is backed by former Tesco chief executive Sir Terry Leahy and operates Tesco Tyres, is in talks to buy or partner with rival European firms as it looks to expand its relationshp with the grocer.
