Dyson will succeed Ian Livingston as chair of Currys in September.

Aside from his Asos role, Dyson is a former Marks & Spencer group finance and operations director and ex-chief executive of Punch Taverns. He has also been a non-executive director of Paddy Power owner Flutter Entertainment and fooodservice specialist SSP.
