Fashion giant Inditex is eyeing new store locations for the expansion of its Lefties brand in the UK, according to reports.

Inditex, which also owns the Zara, Bershka and Stradivarius among others, is in the “early stages” of looking for potential store locations for its budget brand Lefties, as first reported by Drapers.
It is understood that Inditex is looking for 30,000 sq ft flagship units in shopping centres for Lefties in the UK.
Lefties has stores in 18 countries, including Egypt, Mexico, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the UAE. It was initially launched as an outlet for Zara leftover stock.
Inditex chief executive Óscar García Maceiras told analysts earlier this week that the company was “testing Lefties in new markets” following positive feedback from its launches in other markets.
This comes after the group hailed its “solid operational performance” as sales and profits during the first quarter were up once again.
For the three months between February 1 and April 30, 2025, Inditex reported a 1% rise in EBITDA to €2.4bn (£2.03bn).
Sales at the fashion giant were also up 1.5% during the quarter to reach €8.3bn (£7.03bn) and spring/summer collections continued to prove a hit with shoppers.
