Start-ups in retail technology are growing and Retail Week is highlighting some of the best. This week Streetlike is in the spotlight.
Streetlike is a retail technology start-up designed to offer a store rewards experience using touch-screen technology to increase purchases and customer loyalty. Chief executive Daniel Levy explains more.

What it does
Streetlike produces software for interactive in-store digital signage. Streetlike touch-screens are installed in retail stores and offer customers personalised rewards which they can claim by entering their mobile number and having the offer sent directly to their phone.

The start-up’s technology is designed to increase customer spend and engagement without downloading a retail app or signing up to a loyalty scheme.
Streetlike’s platform can be updated centrally across a retailer’s store estate to create timely offers for shoppers and can be integrated into existing retail apps.
“Instead of browsing generic offers, customers are able to select rewards based on their interests and have them sent directly to their phone,” says Streetlike chief executive Daniel Levy.
What problem it solves
Streetlike’s technology is designed to take a more customer-centric approach to in-store reward experiences by focusing on creating personalised offers that are easy to claim.

The start-up’s technology can operate as a standalone reward programme or can be integrated into an existing retail app.
Retailers can create a range of rewards and personalised offers that shoppers can access by selecting their interests on interactive digital signage in-store.
“Streetlike delivers a connected in-store experience that is not limited to tech-savvy shoppers,” says Levy.
“We give customers the ease of picking their own rewards using simple touch screen kiosks and send them directly to their mobile, making rewards relevant and easy to access.”
